Ruth Zanoni will teach you how to improve your Spanish (cooking) with Iberian food.

Our menu will include:

     Bunuelos de bacalao (cod fish croquettes) for appetizer

     Paella as main dish

     Almond Flan for dessert

 Class begins on Saturday evening, October 15, at 6:30 and will last for about two hours. The store closes at 6:00pm so we can get everything ready for you; doors will open at 6:15. As with all of our events, this class will be BYOB. Bring bottles of your favorite vintages, and we will provide the glasses and the openers.
