Chef Anthony Jordan* returns to the Artichoke Demonstration Kitchen for our August installment in our series of light, fresh, seasonal cooking classes. His healthy summer menu is the perfect way to celebrate these long days of lingering sunlight and warm evening breezes. And the best part of this festive menu is that it is a guilt-free indulgence! Chef Jordan will lead the class in the Artichoke Demonstration Kitchen. Students will have the opportunity to observe professional tips and techniques and partake in the results as a wonderful, light summer dinner. We encourage you to stop by Market Wines before the class for a suitable pairing to bring; we will supply glasses and openers!
