Chef Jordan will lead the class in the Artichoke Demonstration Kitchen. Students will have the opportunity to observe professional tips and techniques and partake in the results as a wonderful, light summer dinner. We encourage you to stop by Market Wines before the class for a suitable pairing to bring; we will supply glasses and openers!
