Artichoke’s newest teacher opens his lessons in the demonstration kitchen the same way you start off your day: with a hearty breakfast. David Willocks will teach you how to prepare a tasty frittata and all the trimmings for laying out a feast first thing in the morning.
Class begins on Thursday evening, January 12, at 6:30 and will last for about an hour. The store closes at 6:00pm so we can get everything ready for you; doors will open at 6:15. As with all of our events, this class will be BYOB. Bring bottles of your favorite vintages, and we will provide the glasses and the openers.
