We are pleased to welcome Chef Anthony Jordan* to the Artichoke kitchen. Class begins with a tour through Findlay market, visiting some of the vendors to collect the fresh, local ingredients that the chef will use to demonstrate his recipes. This portion of the class is an unique experience. Participants will meet vendors and learn to select the best ingredients for their recipes. Continuing on to Market Wines, students will learn how to select wine pairings for the menu and will have the opportunity to buy bottles to enjoy during class. Back in the Artichoke kitchen, Chef Anthony will demonstrate the preparation of his seasonal recipes: cool Asian cucumber salad; pan-seared key-lime salmon; and a fresh fruit bowl. Students will have the opportunity to witness professional tips and techniques as well as sample each course.
