Join us in the Artichoke demonstration kitchen and learn how to prepare an old-fashioned, stick-to-your-ribs kind of supper. David will show you how to properly sear and serve a nice piece of beef. He’ll round out the menu with classic steakhouse sides.
Class begins on Thursday evening, January 26, at 6:30 and will last for about an hour. The store closes at 6:00pm so we can get everything ready for you; doors will open at 6:15. As with all of our events, this class will be BYOB. Bring bottles of your favorite vintages, and we will provide the glasses and the openers.
