Transform a steak into a culinary classic with a rich sauce flavored with shallots, tarragon, and vinegar. Update salmon with a new twist of South American flavor. Learn simple steps that will take your supper from simple to chic.
Class begins on Thursday evening, March 2, at 6:30 and will last for about one hour. The store closes at 6:00pm so we can get everything ready for you; doors will open at 6:15. As with all of our events, this class will be BYOB. Bring bottles of your favorite vintages, and we will provide the glasses and the openers.
