Ruth Zanoni will teach you how to turn your kitchen into your favorite pizzeria. She’ll lead you through a full evening of tips and techniques, making it seem as if you’ve left Findlay Market behind and stumbled into a cozy, little corner in sunny Napoli! Learn to prepare your own, homemade dough and to stretch it into a crispy crust. A wide variety of toppings will make each person’s experience unique that night. It is a fun-filled night that will become a regular treat for your whole family at home.
Class begins on Saturday evening, February 4, at 6:30 and will last for about two hours. The store closes at 6:00pm so we can get everything ready for you; doors will open at 6:15. As with all of our events, this class will be BYOB. Bring bottles of your favorite vintages, and we will provide the glasses and the openers.
