Daniel will be putting the (soup) kettle on and making a trio of comforting recipes: curried cauliflower, cream of mushroom, and a rich green vegetable soup flavored with blue cheese. These three winter warmers work well as a first course or as a simple meal all on their own. And tonight’s recipes are all vegetarian!
Class begins on Thursday evening, January 19, at 6:30 and will last for about an hour. The store closes at 6:00pm so we can get everything ready for you; doors will open at 6:15. As with all of our events, this class will be BYOB. Bring bottles of your favorite vintages, and we will provide the glasses and the openers.
