On Thursday evening, November 3, Artichoke will welcome Taren Kinebrew of Sweet Petit Desserts back to our demonstration kitchen. Taren lead one of Artichoke’s first cooking demonstrations after we opened in April. Her treats and techniques proved to be so popular that we are hosting this Thursday evening class in response to our customers’ demand!
Spend an hour with Taren in the Artichoke demonstration kitchen and learn the secrets of making French macarons – delicate little sandwich cookies of meringue layers and a creamy, decadent filling. See how to prepare these petite treats for your own holiday table. Discover the equipment you need to host a macaron party in your own home. Sample a variety of flavors and choose your favorite!
Class begins on Thursday evening, November 3, at 6:30 and will last for about an hour. Doors will open at 6:15. As with all of our events, this class will be BYOB. Bring bottles of your favorite vintages, and we will provide the glasses and the openers.
