We’re thrilled to welcome Ashley McCord, Executive Vice President of Ankarsrum, Inc., for a special evening in our test kitchen! Join us on Saturday, November 8th from 6:30–8:30 pm for a Special 2 hour Intro & Basics Class that shows what makes this Swedish Powerhouse so special. In this demonstration-style class, Ashley will share the rich history of Ankarsrum and walk through the full Basic Package with a lineup of delicious recipes. Learn how to use the dough roller for soft focaccia, the dough hook for baguettes, the plastic bowl and single beaters for cookies, and the balloon whisks for a silky garlic honey butter. Tickets are $75 per person and must be reserved in advance—space is limited, so don’t wait to secure your spot!
