Class Registration and Cancellation Policies
Pre-paid reservation required for all classes

All class registrants receive a 10% discount on merchandise purchases on the day of the class (discounts do not apply to kitchen electrics, or during a store-wide sale, or with offers stating “No other discounts.”)
We make a sincere effort to present classes as described, but due to the seasonal nature of food at the Market, we may make some changes to the menu. If you have food allergies or restrictions, please review the planned menu carefully; special requests made during a class may be impossible to accommodate. Artichoke Cooking School reserves the right to substitute teachers as needed. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment so please register early. We also reserve the right to cancel for adverse weather conditions or other emergencies.
You may register in person at the store or by calling us during store hours at 513-263-1002. Payment must be made at the time of registration; we take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as cash, gift certificates, and store credit if registering in person at the store. All registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis, with no preference given for registering by phone or at the store. Please note your class day/time on your calendar; Artichoke is not responsible for missed classes.
Reservations must be cancelled 5 days in advance to receive a refund; any cancellation after that will not receive a refund. If you have registered 3 or more people together, cancellation must be made 10 days in advance to allow us time to find replacments. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send someone in your place. If you do have to cancel within the allowable time frame and are unable to find someone to attend in your place, we would appreciate your letting us know so someone else may benefit from the open spot in the class. If we have to cancel a class due to inclement weather a full refund will be given. If, however, we hold a class there will be no refunds due to weather. Refunds for original payment by credit card will be credited to the original card; refunds for cash or check will receive a refund check. If payment was by gift card or store credit, a store credit will be issued.
