Ann Clark Cookie Cutters

“Made in USA” is an important label to Ann Clark Cookie Cutters.  They pride themselves on their ability to manufacture high quality competitively priced cookie cutters using American made materials and workers. Every cookie cutter is made using certified metal from mills in the United States. Their manufacturing team enjoys a happy and healthy place to work and the folks answering their phones are sitting right there in Vermont.

In 1989 Ann Clark started out with a pig-shaped Christmas ornament and a dream. After years of painting and creating small gifts for her children to give away she set up shop in her garage and turned a hobby into a business. In 1991 armed with a small amount of start-up cash and a large amount of enthusiasm Ann tackled her first trade show – She came home with $3,500 in orders and launched Ann Clark, Ltd.

Ann and her family soon realized that in order to grow the business the company would need to transform from a purchaser of cookie cutters for her gift sets into a manufacturer of cookie cutters. This plan took off when her son Ben left a position at Black & Decker to lead the effort. With a degree in Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration, Ben applied his education and experience to create an efficient manufacturing process housed in a modern facility in Rutland, Vermont.

Ann’s artistic flair and love for baking has produced a broad product line of cookie cutters and related giftware. The company is now the largest cookie cutter manufacturer in America with accounts throughout the United States and Canada and worldwide.

Today Ben and Ann continue to work together leading a team of dedicated employees who make up “The Cookie Cutter People from Vermont.”
