At Artichoke, we offer convenient, affordable knife sharpening services to help keep your favorite kitchen knives in excellent working condition. Simply bring your knives into the shop, and we'll take care of the rest!

Sharpening Services & Pricing

• Same-Day Sharpening: $5 per knife + tax

• Next-Day Sharpening: $3 per knife + tax

We sharpen traditional double-beveled kitchen knives. Single-beveled knives and Scissors are not eligible for our sharpening service.

How It Works

No appointment necessary! Bring your knives into Artichoke during regular business hours, and our team will help you get started. Choose the turnaround option that works best for you, and just stop back to pay whenever you are ready to pick them up! 

We will evaluate your knives once we have them - we don't like to sharpen knives unnecessarily! - and only sharpen what needs love. We do not charge for honing knives on our machine.
