Return Policy

We want you to love everything you purchase from Artichoke! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges on most items purchased in-store or through our website.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to be accepted for return.
  • Custom or personalized, or Special Order items cannot be returned or exchanged. We define Special Order items as Items that are not regularly carried in store and have been ordered & Pre-paid for by a Specific Person.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale .

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been inspected & the return is processed.
  • After 30 Days a return may still be processed at the discretion of Artichoke Employees & if refunded will be refunded to an Artichoke Giftcard.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
