We want you to love everything you purchase from Artichoke! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges on most items purchased in-store or through our website.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to be accepted for return.
- Custom or personalized, or Special Order items cannot be returned or exchanged. We define Special Order items as Items that are not regularly carried in store and have been ordered & Pre-paid for by a Specific Person.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale .
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been inspected & the return is processed.
- After 30 Days a return may still be processed at the discretion of Artichoke Employees & if refunded will be refunded to an Artichoke Giftcard.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
