Join us for our annual Celebration of Julia Child with Daniel Tonozzi as we honor her birthday the best way we know how - by cooking. In this class, Daniel will guide us through the technique & charm behind a classic cheese soufflé paired with a simple, elegant side salad. It's a timeless menu that celebrates Julia's legacy of confidence, technique, and joyful French cooking.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand life happens!
Guests can cancel up to 6 days before class for a full refund.
Within 5 days of the class, food has already been purchased & to ensure our instructors are compensated fairly, we cannot offer refunds. If you can’t make it at the last minute, we encourage you to send a friend in your place!
All seats are pre-paid, and any class not meeting the minimum of at least 4 guests will be cancelled — we’ll contact you promptly if this happens. If Artichoke must cancel for any reason, we’ll notify you at least 24 hours in advance. When possible, we’ll reschedule you for another date or move you to a different class of your choice.
What to Expect
Our cooking classes are demonstration-style & designed to be an intimate, inspiring experience — we only take 8–10 guests per session. Watch, taste, and learn as we create delicious dishes right before your eyes, picking up tips and techniques to bring straight into your own kitchen.
Each class is one hour long & BYOB, with plenty of time to ask questions, take notes, and soak up the experience.
All classes are pre-paid and require a reservation.
Attendees receive a 10% in-store discount after class (excludes sale items & electrics).
Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just looking for inspiration, our classes are a fun, flavorful way to learn and explore new ideas!
