Get started on grilling season early with Spring Sausage! Our resident "Sausage King" Mike Bader, will walk you through two best sellers from Redden Fine Meats. He will feature a traditional pork mett and the popular jalapeno cheddar. Learn the tips, tricks, and how to grind the best sausage in Cincinnati!
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand life happens!
Guests can cancel up to 6 days before class for a full refund.
Within 5 days of the class, food has already been purchased & to ensure our instructors are compensated fairly, we cannot offer refunds. If you can’t make it at the last minute, we encourage you to send a friend in your place!
All seats are pre-paid, and any class not meeting the minimum of at least 4 guests will be cancelled — we’ll contact you promptly if this happens. If Artichoke must cancel for any reason, we’ll notify you at least 24 hours in advance. When possible, we’ll reschedule you for another date or move you to a different class of your choice.
What to Expect
Our cooking classes are demonstration-style & designed to be an intimate, inspiring experience — we only take 8–10 guests per session. Watch, taste, and learn as we create delicious dishes right before your eyes, picking up tips and techniques to bring straight into your own kitchen.
Each class is one hour long & BYOB, with plenty of time to ask questions, take notes, and soak up the experience.
All classes are pre-paid and require a reservation.
Attendees receive a 10% in-store discount after class (excludes sale items & electrics).
Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just looking for inspiration, our classes are a fun, flavorful way to learn and explore new ideas!
