Epicurean cutting boards are made from a durable wood fiber composite, which means they’re dishwasher safe, heat resistant, and built to handle daily use. To keep yours in top shape, always wash with hot soapy water (or run it through the dishwasher) and dry it thoroughly, standing upright on its edge to avoid warping. While the material is naturally stain resistant, brightly colored, oily, or acidic foods can sometimes leave marks—if that happens, a quick buff with fine 220-grit sandpaper will refresh the surface.
Though Epicurean boards don’t require conditioning, we recommend treating yours occasionally with mineral oil or Epicurean’s Board Butter to keep it looking its best and lasting even longer.
