To keep your USA Pan bakeware performing beautifully, avoid exceeding 450°F (230°C). These pans conduct heat efficiently, so you may need to reduce baking time or temperature slightly depending on your recipe. For cleaning, hand wash in warm, soapy water with a sponge, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Always follow your recipe’s instructions for greasing or flouring—skip cooking spray, which isn’t recommended. To preserve your pan’s finish, line it with a silicone baking mat or foil when roasting veggies or higher-fat foods like fries or meat. Stick to silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils—metal tools can scratch and damage the nonstick surface.
